Membership for the 2024-2025 year will open June 1st, 2024. We do not prorate our Membership fee.

TEACH requires that you answer all questions on the membership form and pay the annual family fee of $35 prior to being approved for membership.

You will be prompted to pay when you submit this form. Membership is valid from June 1 - May 31 each year. Membership fee will not be prorated.

Once payment is received you may be approved to become a TEACH member and have access to the website. If payment has not been received within 7 days, your application will be canceled.

I understand that this release discharges TEACH from any liability or claim, and holds TEACH harmless, that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against TEACH with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any participation in activities or events.

This liability waiver and release extends to TEACH together with all leaders, board members, coaches, volunteers, and families of TEACH.
